Note to our audience.
Many organizations have formed and dissolved over the years. We have
chosen to keep all known organizations listed and identify them as
"active" or "in-active" to keep a running pulse on our community. We
hope you find this saves you time as you search for kindred spirits
within your community and motivates you to get involved (or form)
your own groups. A quick search on the internet may make one think
there is strong activism within our community, and there have been
at different times, however, we need to make an on-going effort to
work together to educate, inform and bring our communities together.
