Credit Cards - American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

Paypal - iCelebrateDiversity.com will send an invoice through Paypal after receipt of order. The order will be processed when payment has cleared the account.

Checks & Money Orders - Make payable to: iCelebrateDiversity.com. Payments must clear account before products are shipped. We do not accept cash or COD's. IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER BY MAIL, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO VERIFY ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING ORDER.

Purchase Orders - Minimum $25 purchase. A SIGNED purchase order, with billing instructions included, needs to be faxed to (775) 822-6480 upon completion of online order. If actual shipping charges are needed before submitting the PO, please contact us. PO's are only to be used by schools and non-profits. 

Telephone and Fax Orders - We gladly accept phone and fax orders. Call us on our toll-tree number (866) 458-7398 or fax your order to (775) 822-6480.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If products need to be placed on back-order they may take several weeks, depending on the supplier. If you need to be notified of a back-order, please make note in the "special instructions" area on the order page. Hand-made items may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. At times, a portion of your order may hold for an item on back-order in an effort to reduce your shipping charges. If you would not like any portion of your order on hold, please make a note in the "special instructions" and we will be happy to forward items separately.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.375% is added to all orders with Oklahoma addresses. Sales tax is not charged on orders outside the state of Oklahoma.

International Orders

iCelebrateDiversity.com ships to customers located outside of the continental U.S. in the following places only: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and fees incurred through customs. Please contact us if actually shipping charges are needed prior to shipment. 

Special Considerations

Manufacturer/Supplier Direct, customized, personalized, and/or special orders may be billed at time of order confirmation.

How to Order

Ordering from iCelebrateDiversity.com can be done in just a few short steps. When you are on a product page it is necessary to enter the Quantity that you desire and then click on the "add to shopping bag" button. This will automatically place the item in your shopping bag. When you are ready to finalize your order, or if you would like to make changes to your order, you will need to click on the "view shopping bag" button. From here you can modify the quantity or you can remove products from your shopping bag. When you are ready to check out you click on the "checkout" button and then you will be taken to the secure server. On this page you will enter in your billing and shipping information and payment option. Click on "continue checkout". If you have chosen the option to pay by credit card, fill in the appropriate information and click "checkout". DONE! Please keep your order confirmation number. An order confirmation will immediately be forwarded to the email address supplied.

Fraudulent Orders

If an order is placed with a fraudulent credit card, check or money order, you will be reported to the proper authorities and punished to the highest extent of the law.
