Shipping Costs and Methods
iCelebrateDiversity.com
generally uses USPS and Federal Express for shipping. As we are currently set-up, we have
many vendors that sell their products through our multicultural
superstore; therefore, it is possible if you order more than one item,
they could ship from different locations or a drop-ship fee may be
applied. Please note that
the shopping cart does not have a way of calculating postage on such
orders--the additional postage will be adjusted manually. By placing an order on this site, you agree that
shipping charges may not be exact at the time of ordering and you allow iCelebrateDiversity.com
the discretion to make the necessary shipping
adjustments. Following is our base

International Orders
iCelebrateDiversity.com ships to customers
located outside of the continental U.S. in the following places only:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Customers are responsible for
all shipping charges and fees incurred through customs. Please contact
us if actually shipping charges are needed prior to shipment.
Shipping Time
iCelebrateDiversity.com
is committed to getting products to customers as quickly as
possible. If products are in-stock, orders usually ship within 1-2
business days. IF ORDERS ARE NEEDED BY A SPECIFIC DATE, PLEASE MAKE NOTE
IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AREA WHEN ORDERING OR CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY
THEREAFTER. IF AN ORDER IS NEEDED PRIOR TO A CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE
CLARIFY. If products need to be
placed on back-order they may take several weeks, depending on the
supplier. If time
is of the essence, please make a note in the "special
instructions" area when ordering and we will notify you of
estimated shipping time before your order is processed. At times, a portion of your
order may hold for an item on back-order in an effort to reduce your
shipping costs. Again, if time is of the essence and you would not
like any portion of your order on hold and are will to pay additional
shipping costs, please make a note in the
"special instructions" and we will gladly forward items separately.
Expedited Shipping
iCelebrateDiversity.com
makes every effort to get your order to you in your desired time. If you
need your order shipped over-night or 2-day air, actual shipping charges
will be applied. All expedited orders are shipped the following business
day, after your order is placed. If customers need the order rushed, there will be a $5 (or 5% of the total
order, whichever is more) rush fee assessed to the order. Cut-off time
for shipping is 1:00 p.m. CST. If you would like expedited
shipping, you MUST notify
us in the "special instructions" area when ordering or immediately
after via phone, fax or email. If actual shipping charges are needed
prior to shipment, please make the request when placing your online
order. If an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to
have the order drop-shipped directly to you. Additional charges may
apply.
Please note: Expedited orders that have been
placed according to the above requirements that do not arrive by
scheduled delivery time, may be eligible (at your request) for a refund
or credit of transportation charges. Acts of God are not refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization
(RA) number and are subject to approval. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To obtain a RA#, contact us within 5 business days of receipt of
your order. You can
email the request or call us toll-free
at (866) 458-7398. Please include your name, order
number, address, telephone number and reason for return in the body of
the email or have the information when calling. Please allow 1-2
business days for processing. You will be issued a RA# via email,
which will include instructions for returning your package. Products must be returned in
resellable condition within 10 business days of RA issuance. We
reserve the right to determine whether an item is resellable.
ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE are
opened: videos, cd's,
audiotapes and any:
sale items,
perishables, artwork or custom pieces, unless they are found to be defective.
SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING PERISHABLES: If you would like a sample before
purchasing large quantities, simply add the desired amount of samples
(no more than 5) to the
shopping bag, write "sample" in the special instructions area and
request a quote listing specific quantity, size and delivery
requirements. We will include the quote with your shipment.
If you are returning
a product because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product,
iCelebrateDiversity.com will refund the postage due. Otherwise, postage
is not refundable. Approved returns must be sent in original condition
and packing materials, including the RA# number visibly on the box and
invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid and insured.
All returns and exchanges must be sent
directly to iCelebrateDiversity.com, 14400 Heritage Place, Edmond, OK
73013, regardless of where the item was shipped from. You will be
notified via email that your return has been received and is in
processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the card used for the
original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your statement. If the credit card has expired, a refund check
will be issued.
If a product does not meet your needs, we
will gladly exchange it for an item of equal value.
Damaged Orders
iCelebrateDiversity.com takes great care in
packaging orders. However, there are times when orders arrive damaged.
Please
contact us immediately if this happens.
We will determine whether a pick-up of the damaged merchandise is
necessary. If so, we will schedule a pick-up from your original ship-to
location. Replacement orders will immediately be initiated--bare in mind
there may be additional time needed to process the order, depending on
availability. If a refund is necessary, the card used for purchase will
be issued a full refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit
to appear on your statement. If the credit card has expired, a refund
check will be issued.
Cancellations
iCelebrateDiversity.com has a "NO
CANCELLATIONS" policy. Because we confirm and/or process orders within
1-2 business days, we are not able to honor requests for cancellations.
Refused Order
Refusal to take delivery of your order will
result in the following deductions from your refund: 25% restocking fee,
shipping and handling charges, rush fees (if applicable), and any other
fees incurred by iCelebrateDiversity.com as a result of your refusal.
Ordering Samples
If you are
considering a large order of our diversity jellybeans, you may consider
ordering a sample before your purchase. If you would like a sample before
purchasing large quantities, we will be happy to honor your "below
minimum order" request. Simply add the desired amount of samples to the
shopping bag. Write "sample" in the special instructions area and
request a quote listing specific quantity, size and delivery
requirements. We will include the quote with your shipment. Samples are
not returnable or refundable.

any time.
