Shipping Policy


Shipping Time is committed to getting products to customers as quickly as possible. If products are in-stock, orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. IF ORDERS ARE NEEDED BY A SPECIFIC DATE, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Custom items and large orders will require additional time. Please contact us immediately for estimated delivery times.

If products need to be placed on back-order they may take several weeks, depending on the supplier. If time is of the essence, please make a note in the "special instructions" area when ordering and we will notify you of estimated shipping time. At times, a portion of your order may hold for an item on back-order in an effort to reduce your shipping costs. Again, if time is of the essence and you would not like any portion of your order on hold, please make a note in the "special instructions" and we will gladly forward items separately.

Expedited Shipping makes every effort to get your order to you in your desired time. All expedited orders are shipped the following business day, after your order is placed. Please choose the appropriate shipping options upon checkout. If by chance we do not stock the item, we will contact the supplier and make every attempt to have the order express shipped directly to you. Additional charges may apply.

Please note: Expedited orders that have been placed according to the above requirements that do not arrive by scheduled delivery time, may be eligible (at your request) for a refund or credit of transportation charges. Acts of God are not refundable.


Carrier Delivery

Shipping quotes may be provided by or delivered by any carrier. If you have a preference, please contact us immediately. We will make every attempt to use who you request. If an item is drop-shipped, we do not have control over the carrier used.

Lost & Damaged Orders is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All orders $50 and under are automatically insured, however, if you would like to purchase insurance for orders over $50, please contact us prior to ordering and we will notify you of the additional charges. Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. 


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Approved returns must be returned in new, unopened condition within 10 business days of receipt. reserves the right to determine whether an item is resellable.

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE are: videos, CDs, audiotapes, sale items, perishables, artwork or custom orders.

If you are returning a product because the item is defective, will refund the postage due. Otherwise, postage is not refundable.

Approved returns must be sent in original condition and packing materials. Packages must be returned prepaid and insured.

Approved refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If the credit card has expired, a refund check will be issued.

Cancellations has a "NO CANCELLATIONS" policy. Because we confirm and/or process orders quickly, we are not able to honor requests for cancellations.

Refused Orders

Refusal to take delivery of your order will result in the following deductions from your refund: 25% restocking fee, shipping and handling charges, rush fees (if applicable), and any other fees incurred by as a result of your refusal. reserves the right to modify company policies at any time.
